1. WE ARE PARENTS TOO.
Anytime we host a party we use the same moonwalk/inflatable we rent to you. We would not allow our childern and family play in a unsafe or dirty moonwalk/inflatable and we have the same concern for our customers.
2. WE CLEAN AND SANITIZE OUR MOONWALKS/INFLATABLES.
We sanitize each moonwalk/inflatable between each rental and we remove any dirt that may accumulate.
3.DELIVERY, SETUP AND REMOVAL INCLUDED.
Our low listed prices include delivery, setup and removal unless you are out of our delivery area. If you are out of the area, you will be notified before your reservation is completed that an additional fee will be applied. We will not add any additional fee's upon arrival. We will take care of everything for you, all you need to do is JUMP
EXTRAS
1. Moonwalk/Inflatables must be under Adult supervision at all times.
2. Leave all personal items outside of the moonwalk/inflatables.
3. Exit the moonwalk in case of bad weather, high winds or inflatable begins to deflate.
4. Avoid unnecessary horseplay and dangerous behavior.
5. Individuals with health concerns should not use moonwalks/inflatables.
Hills/Stairs: Please contact us and we can set up a time to inspect the property before the rental date to determine if it is possible to set up. We reserved the right to cancel due to large hills or stairs. Moonwalks weigh approximately 185 pounds and slip n slide approximately 245 pounds. These items can be very difficult to transport up large hills and stairs. Moonwalks can not be setup in areas with a large slope, this can be dangerous for childern exiting the moonwalks and can cause injuries.
Capacity: The more active the childern the less number of childern are recommended to provide a safe jump enviornment.
